30 days. More intentional spending.
Pause optional purchases, protect your essentials, and discover the habits you want to keep. Track 30 daily check-ins at your own pace, with no guilt for a spending day.
Set your rules before Day 1
Choose the optional purchases you will pause, such as takeout, impulse shopping, or paid entertainment. Keep paying for housing, utilities, basic groceries, medication, transport, caregiving, and other needs. Planned essentials are allowed. Never delay necessary care or bills to mark a no-spend day.
Your 30-day board
After each day, choose its tile and record the result. A “No-spend” day means you followed your own rules for optional purchases; essentials are allowed. Choose “Spent” or “Skipped” honestly and keep going. Edit any day to correct it.
Clear all 30 daily entries and estimates in this browser? This cannot be undone. Your written rules will stay.
Log Day 1
For no-spend days only: enter what you realistically chose not to spend that day. Leave blank if unsure. Estimates are not verified savings or money deposited; spent and skipped days add $0.

Progress without perfection
Start with Day 1 today and use one tile per day. This board uses day numbers rather than calendar dates. Do not mark future days as completed. A spending day does not erase your progress: record it, notice the trigger, and continue the next day.
The ring measures days logged, including no-spend, spent, and skipped days. The no-spend count separately shows days that followed your rules. Estimated spending avoided is the sum of your optional estimates on no-spend days; leaving them blank keeps the total at $0.
This tracker does not connect to your bank or move money. Avoided spending may free up money, but it becomes savings only when you actually keep or set aside that money. Progress is stored locally in this browser and does not sync between devices.
After Day 30, review your rules and keep one habit that helped. If you actually set money aside, record those real deposits in the 100-Envelope Challenge or 52-Week Savings Challenge.
